Thrive won't take ownership of an issue stemming from their property. The issue in question is a major overhanging tree over my property, road and pavement causing damage to my car, driveway and house. Excuse after excuse and no action. Fuming at they agreed to do the tree works over 4 months ago and nothing - rarely respond and when they do its excuse after excuse. Just take ownership and sort it out PS - Look out for the standard reply below!!!!
Don't give a damn about disabled people. Have been waiting over a year for leak to be done and ceiling repainted . It has been reported more than a dozen times .
There tenant illegally built an extension on my land and they have done nothing torectify this issue, even though it has cost me thousands in damages, surveyors and delays in my own project which meant reducing size of my own property
Honestly the WORST company. Formal complaints go unanswered, refusal to support with ASB. ‘Homes where people can thrive’ is an outright lie.
Absolutely appalling, left with no gas. They keep saying they’ll send someone and never do. Each time I call they repeat the same thing, disgusting behavior. It’s freezing I can’t have a shower and they don’t even care. Just make up excuses and lies on the phone no one has a clue what they’re doing. Happy to take your money but don’t take responsibility for what they’re supposed to do. Sort it out! So sick and fed up with this crap service, do better don’t care about vulnerable people at all just want your money.
