Quality of work is pretty good, but be sure to measure your car to make sure it will fit into the garage. They made the garage abnormally small by adding in stairs that take up a good amount of space, and my husband's car won't fit into the garage as a result. If you use their preferred lender, be sure to calculate the taxes yourself or contact the county about it because they do it incorrectly leaving you to get a much higher monthly loan payment. I live in the Lyric community in Lone Tree and pay nearly $400 per month in HOA fees, yet basic community responsibilities are not being handled. Communication from the HOA has been extremely disappointing. When residents reach out with concerns, we receive little to no response. I closed on my home in October of 2019. Within the first year we had numerous warranty issues that were not properly resolved. Now here in October of 2023 things are falling apart that simply shouldn’t. The most dangerous issue is the second floor balcony railing literally falling off the balcony, even though I perform proper maintenance and shovel snow off the balcony immediately. Shame on this builder for delivering such poor quality homes!
