I closed on my home in October of 2019. Within the first year we had numerous warranty issues that were not properly resolved. Now here in October of 2023 things are falling apart that simply shouldn’t. The most dangerous issue is the second floor balcony railing literally falling off the balcony, even though I perform proper maintenance and shovel snow off the balcony immediately. Shame on this builder for delivering such poor quality homes!

Builder imposed closing date to three months before fiber internet would be available on the block (ETA mid-late December). Everything else was great
