Let me first say that I love the decorum of the office. My mom and I immediately felt anxiety free, serene, peaceful, and welcomed. Our assistant that day was Cara! She displayed such a warm, nurturing, and caring personality. Her energy was amazing! My mom is 83 yrs old and she was very nervous about getting her ears cleaned. Cara put mom right at ease! Set an appointment for bad ear clog in both ears. I would have never guessed just how much wax buildup was actually in my ear. The entire staff was phenomenal. She quickly looked at my inner ear and knew exactly how to resolve it. I literally hear things I wasn't hearing an hour ago. 5 stars isn't enough to explain how pleased I am from my visit.
