Let me first say that I love the decorum of the office. My mom and I immediately felt anxiety free, serene, peaceful, and welcomed. Our assistant that day was Cara! She displayed such a warm, nurturing, and caring personality. Her energy was amazing! My mom is 83 yrs old and she was very nervous about getting her ears cleaned. Cara put mom right at ease!
