I tried out a hearing aid to help with my tinnitus. It did help, but at 47 I just am not ready for hearing aid. I loved that they had a "try out" opportunity for the hearing aid so I didn't have to buy it to figure out if it worked for me. Very professional throughout the process, friendly staff and I would highly recommend anyone I know to go see them.
Upon entry I asked about payment and insurance as part of a normal routine. I asked the forms check and the Aud dr specifically. . Got a clever quick brush off. Discussed hearing aid and was given a price range Did the test and on out process again asked about insurance. I was surprised by the we don’t take insurance. Pay up now They DID NOT TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH. They dodged it purposely ! One decibel below lying

I have desperately needed hearing aids for many years and continued to put it off. I finally ran into someone who highly recommended Thrive Hearing. I called to make an appointment and was lucky enough to see Dr. Keaton. She is kind, caring and a true professional. She helped me not feel shut out from the rest of the world by listening to all that I have been facing for many years and helping me make the right decision for my needs. Thank you!
