Dr Jemima Nelson was such an important part of my pregnancy care and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I initially came across Jemima as she was trained in the Spinning Babies technique and my baby was breech in the third trimester. Alasdair recently taught me a number of exercises to help me recover from a calf strain. He monitored my progress over a few sessions and provided additional recommendations as my recovery progressed which were most useful. He is a great physiotherapist and a kind person. I would recommend him to anyone seeking guidance after suffering an injury.
I have daily headaches, have had them for a good 10 years. In one treatment Josh managed to keep me headache free for 5 days and counting. He was thorough, took the time to get to know my health history and took the time to really get to know me as a patient so he could understand my problem areas and work on them. I plan to be a regular patient as if this result is achieved in 1 session then I cant wait to see what happens if I maintain treatment regularly.
