We were patients. WERE. Nobody returns phone calls, prescriptions aren’t getting filled. Left multiple voicemails about husbands blood pressure meds about to run out and nothing. We had to go to an urgent care to get them filled until our appointments with the new doctor. I left a message about a blood pressure med that I was on dropping my blood pressure too low, asking what to do. Nothing. I’ve been out of some meds for three weeks. My son and I have been calling the office almost every day. No one answers the phone not return calls. I’ve been going here for 15 years. I’ve left voice messages, posts on facebook and through messenger.
Dr Jack is GREAT, but the office is HORRIBLE. I've tried calling for several days, at different times, and left many messages. My prescription has ran out and I need to make an appointment but the office staff couldn't care less. I'm switching doctors now, which is a shame considering how good Dr Jack was to me.
Love you doctor Jack but you're running that business straight into the ground.
