Sean Tyler is great
Great gym that I used while on travel. They have a partnership with the nearby Heartland Inn, 1000% better than a sad hotel gym. Also sell every reasonable day passes. Highly recommended.
Great gym. Owner is very communicative and was able to pause/cancel my membership as needed with very little hassle (just a quick email to the owner) which was amazing as a college student who had summer internships and is now moving from Iowa City. Worth the extra couple dollars a month compared to other Iowa City gyms especially with the great and clean amenities, friendly staff, and no annual or hidden fees.
The best gym in town. Open 24 hours. Stan is an awesome trainer as well.
Friendly environment, lots of great equipment for just about anything you could think of, and I especially like the private bathrooms/showers.
