Worst place ever. If I could give them a negative Star I would. They asked me to arrive 30 minutes early as a new patient and I arrive 25 minutes early instead. They canceled my appointment and tried to charge me a $40 fee because they said it would take 30 minutes exactly for their nurses and administration to do new patient paperwork. Then they asked me why I was late and in that time they could have started processing my paperwork. Very personable and professional. I like the holistic approach to my health. Great staff, no long wait times, easy communication via the patient portal.
Just know that if you have a bill that goes to collections they will not reinstate you FYI.
I have to agree with the other reviewers. The office is very quick to charge a cancellation fee. I was unable to reach the office during the power outage from the hurricane. I needed a refill on medication for allergic reactions. The medication was called in once with zero refills At my six-month appointment check. Its medication is taken as needed.
