I should have checked the reviews for this place before I booked an appointment. Many, many people have complained about how ridiculous their arrival policy is and how patients are treated by the staff. They told me to come 30 min early for my appointment because I was a new patient to do paperwork, etc. But, I got the paperwork off their website and completed it and emailed it to them the day I made the appointment, along with my insurance card. Dr Cecil is absolutely the best. She talks to you and really listens to your concerns. I had Al but given up until I came here. After many doctors and none could help me I finally found help here. Not drugs pushed on me but solutions. I’m so thankful for Dr Cecil ❤️
