I had the pleasure of taking my first class here in May, "Psychic Playground." Upon entering the space of the eatablishment, I felt a cathartic welcoming energy. I had found just the environment my spirit needed. The class was led with an air of gentle expertise. I walked away with many tools and treasures just from my first class! What a gift to be in attendance. Thank you Thrive family for your love, care & energy! Truly grateful for my experience.

My first experience at this studio was for a grief group and it was so beautiful. After losing my dad a few months ago it created a space for me to feel without feeling obligated to explain. The energy of being surrounded by women who are going through something similar is unexplainable. I'm so excited to get back into the studio for my first pole class!!
I had such a beautiful experience attending a grief circle here. The space felt incredibly safe, supportive, and grounded in feminine energy. There was a genuine sense of compassion, empowerment, and connection. Truly a special place for healing.
