Thrive is so much more than I expected it to be. It is exercise, self care, educational & exploring one’s self.
I can’t say enough positive things about Thrive. The woman I meet here are incredible. There is no judgement or drama. It’s women supporting woman. Women who want to see you win. Who hold space when you need support. The world needs more places like this. When woman feel empowered, loved and accept all parts of themselves. Mountains will be climbed and lives will be saved. Loving my sensual side , loving my body, and forgiving myself has had the biggest impact on my life.
Did the beginners class which was really fun. Met new people which was also nice. You don’t learn anything technical in it but it was a good time.
Exceeded my expectations. Exactly what I was informed and more. Immediately felt like I belong. Let the magic begin.
Love how real they kept it!! I’ve done a lot of woman’s embodiment work, but these woman kept it real while leading the class, which made it so much easier for me to be authentic as I explored the pole and their prompts helped opened my body to the class as I explored myself on the pole. By the end of the class I felt so in love with myself and every woman in the room!! It was. Beautiful experience, I can’t wait for more.
