I take virtual classes with Emily Rose and the Thrive community and they are so uniquely powerful. It's a return to self, a space to remember who TF we are, and the work needed to experience the inner transformation that leads to outer transformation. I highly recommend: Emily is such a beautiful, wise soul and your body and energy will thank you!
This studio feels like home, warm atmosphere, great energy, and inspiring people, and Emily is amazing, she brings such positive energy to class.
I want to start by saying I have no issue with the teaching staff or members at Thrive. There are aspects of the community that many people truly value, and I appreciated many parts of my time there.
