I had such a fun time at the beginners experience! I had been looking for ways to be more connected to myself and my body so I thought I’d give it a try. It was that and so much more- Sensual, spiritual, connection, and playfulness! The team here has created such a safe place to connect with yourself and others. Can’t wait for my first class!
I had an amazing experience! Emily and Aimee have created an environment of comfort that can ease the most anxious soul. The atmosphere was welcoming and the way in which the beginner workshop was conducted facilitated sharing among the women in the room. They introduced movement in way that prevented negative thoughts or self consciousness to prevail. It was an empowering experience! I highly recommend any woman seeking to learn to be comfortable and learn to love their own body to check out Thrive Embodied Arts!
I loved my experience at Thrive Embodied Arts! I was instantly comfortable in the space and with the people there, Emily and Aimee are so sweet and welcoming. Thank you both for holding space. I attended the beginner pole experience and it was so beautiful and wholesome. I got the pour into myself and connect with my body, share with like-minded women and have fun. The experience was truly sacred and I definitely plan on going back for workshops and hopefully being able to join the community eventually as well!
