This studio is not a typical studio, it is an experience. I was nervous and hesitant to try something new, and doing it solo- but I am SO happy I did. From the second you walk through the door you immediately feel grounded and safe with the energy in the room. The studio really tapped into the 5 senses with calming aromas, beautiful artwork and calming lights, soothing sounds, freeing space and refreshments. This is the space to go to surround yourself with other powerful creators & step into the timeline where you remember just how incredible you are. One time here (a business coven day retreat) and I FELT IT!! Excited for future opportunities to gather here, and cannot recommend enough for those who know that the status quo just doesn't work for them.
It's hard to describe in words how you'll feel when you leave a class at Thrive, but it's unparalleled to any other group exercise experience. Emily is extraordinary and helps women find that feeling in themselves.
