I love the class ! It allows me to just do “me” within the class . Giving myself the attention I may not give throughout the day . The instructor Harley is awesome 😍

This is the best thing I’ve done for myself in years! Sharing the experience with six other women who all came to the space ready to embody and experience themselves was exhilarating. The leaders were full of love and support! It’s a place of Yes, a place waiting for just you!
Arriving at Thrive feels like coming home. In only 4 weeks I feel like a more regulated, happier, brighter me. Every instructor exudes absolute warmth and kindness along with guidance to get the most out of each session depending on what you need individually. My only complaint? They don't have a space in Barcelona...yet :) For anyone considering joining, I couldn't make a stronger recommendation for investing in yourself and an incredible community of women. This place is magickal.
I took the beginner pole class at Thrive Embodied Arts and had such a great time! Everyone was so welcoming, and the whole space had really positive female energy.
