If you've ever felt magic while moving your body, please walk through these doors. This is not just a pole studio but an art of practice that educates and gives you space to understand your body, mind, and relations. Not only do you learn more about yourself here but others and it opens your heart on a whole another level. I love this place and can't recommend it enough.

The Thrive intro pole dancing class was amazing! Cait made all 5 of us feel comfortable and at ease, while also giving us deceptively simple moves that had us all sweating in minutes. It was a great work out! The studio is clean, with polished floors. Our shoes were stored in an adorable shoe "garden" for the class. The studio smelled wonderful! 10/10 highly recommend for a unique experience and a great work out!

Honestly, I was an anxious mess leading up to the first class; I've always been extremely self conscious about dancing especially in front of people. I toughed through the nerves and the result is more than I ever imagined. I gained confidence in myself, no longer give a single hoot a... read more

I walked into this space feeling disconnected from myself and uncertain about who I was, especially in so many of the new roles I had found myself in. I had lost my connection to myself and my body. The deep, transformative work I have been able to do in this studio has brought be back home to myself, to my body. It's what sets this studio apart from any other movement space I have been a part of. There is profound understanding that movement is a gateway to our most authentic selves, to our truth. There is so much more beyo... read more
