Embodied arts is only the beginning of what the Thrive community has to offer. It's been a community that provides you with love and support no matter what. A community of like minded people to share and connect with. If you are thinking about taking the leap, all I can say is do this for yourself!

Thrive has not only rekindled my love for movement and dance but has gifted me so many friendships.
