Dr. Li has an insurmountable wealth of knowledge and expertise that he brings to our community. I signed up for the Direct Care Urgent Care plan. He is kind, professional and thorough. He will explain everything to you so that you understand it. I was surprised at how affordable his plans and treatments are and he won't do anything that's not necessary. Dr. Li is one of, if not the best, physician I have ever worked with. He takes time to genuinely understand and listen to his patients and their concerns while making a plan to address each one. He once stayed on the phone with me while I was being treated in an Emergency Room department in a different state at midnight to help the doctors understand my health history and to ease my nerves. He is super thorough and ensures every issue is taken care of. I will continue to use Dr. Li & Thrive Direct Care for as long as I can!
Dr Mitchell is one of the most professional physicians I have ever met. He took the time out of his day to answer all of my questions which took up 1.5 hours of his time. I can tell he truly cares for people and loves his practice. There are not many truly invested doctors out there anymore and it is refreshing to know that honest and respectful doctors who take time out of their day to help others, still exist. I would give 10 stars if I could.
I was referred to Dr. Mitch Li at Thrive Direct Care by another physician. My experience has been hands down the most thorough, personalized, and holistic health care I’ve ever received. Having a physician that is readily available and accommodating to my schedule is huge plus! Dr.Li’s passion for wellness promotion, integrative care, and the fact that he’s also an Emergency Physician makes Thrive Direct Care the perfect option for my family’s health care needs.
I can honestly say , what a breath if fresh air it was to go to Dr li . I had an infected salivary gland with some stones in which were very painful. Unfortunately I had already taken a trip to the ER where they wanted to run very test and scan me . Luckily I was unable to have the cat scan as I was breastfeeding so I left the ER without help and ended up the following day in Dr li’s office .
