Always a pleasant experience. The notices of the upcoming appointments are appropriate. Once confirmed the notifications go away, as they should. Alexis and Dr. Jenny are very helpful in explaining situations whether financial or dental until I understand them. My daughter adores both of them....
Dr. Jenny and her team really restored my faith in the dental community. First of all, coming from a therapist that is prone to medical anxieties, Dr. Jenny does a wonderful job at easing any dental anxiety with her clients. She is preventative, without being an alarmist and will thoroughly explain anything you need explained to soothe nerves. Dr. Jenny and the team was nothing short of exceptional. We have a shortage of great customer service in the healthcare field and they exceed the bar. Thoughtful, kind and considerate throughout the entire session. The office is very welcoming and every staff encounter was pleasant. Highly recommend!
