What an amazing team Dr Ho has..... I always say attitude trickles from the top down. Dr Ho is very kind and ensures to explain to his staff what he is doing as he does it which is amazing. He is building a knowledgeable team. They all have an absolutely fantastic attitude. I was extremely challenging case and he and his staff remained calm and polite. I travel from the downtown area and my visits are always worth the trip. Thrive is located in a great location, the staff and Dr Ho are great. Everyone makes you feel welcomed and valued. I would definitely recommend Thrive, oh wait, I already have lol. I will be seeing them again soon, literally😁
Dr Ho should have referred me to an endodontist for root canal assessment, instead of placing a crown that was too big for the tooth causing a vertical root fracture and loss of a molar with an abscess! Do not recommend for complicated procedures.
Susan was amazing and so knowledgeable! The entire staff was so welcoming and Dr. Toan Ho was very thorough with going over details and explaining procedures. I felt truly cared for, thank you! 🩵
I just had my six month cleaning appointment done and I continue to be impressed with the wonderful care that I receive from both Dr. Ho and his dental hygienist!!! As an 83 year old senior citizen who has been seeing dentists all of my life, Dr. Ho and his wonderful staff are at the top of my list!!! I am so glad that I found his dental practice two years ago!!! Outstanding care and a very modern office with all the latest instrumentation!!!
