Would not refund purchases for cryotherapy which is not longer a service they offer and tried to upsell extremely expensive services that I am not interested in. Seemingly impossibly to get ahold of. Stopped by several times with my gift card but no one is ever there or returned a phone call.
No longer does full body cryotherapy. Would not honor purchases made prior to covid that haven't been able to use the past two years because of covid. As a business they had an opportunity to upsell me or get me into something else, but instead were rude and unaccomodating.
I’ve been coming to see Crystal for a few months now and i’m absolutely amazed by the results but also what a kind person Crystal is. She makes you feel secure and comfortable during the whole treatment. I leave feeling confident and excited to come back every single time!
Great customer service. I always feel really comfortable when I go and the results that I get are great.
