Well my 1st impression of this place is definitely not a good one. They’ve got a referral from my Dr and never called me so I called them 3 times with absolutely no response. I even stopped by their office to make an appointment guess what no receptionist to greet you nor did anyone come to the door that I knocked on. Called my Dr for a new referral to a different place. Not a way to do business as far as I’m concerned.
I’m finally able to imagine my life with no eating disorder thoughts and struggle thanks to Aubry. She is genuine, comforts me, and I know she cares.
This place will not get back in touch with you. I started trying to set up an appointment 5 weeks ago. Initially, they did respond via email with standard intake questions, to which I responded. Since then, I have heard nothing. I have called multiple times, left voicemails, emailed and even texted the number they have listed for new patient appointments. Zero response. Don’t waste your time here. They are clearly unprofessional and do not care about taking on new clients.
