Katie is amazing, I felt comfortable, seen, and heard by her. She has a great way of helping with questions about beliefs that held me back for years centered around my childhood trauma. With Katie's help I was able to recognize that I was victimized and how that was impacting my life and how to feel safe now. Therapy has been not only life saving but has also given me a life i wish to live.
