I have been working with September for about a year now and she is incredible. I learn so much about myself and about human psychology throughout our sessions. I really appreciate her approach and how seen she makes me feel without any judgement. I have been to 3 other therapists before trying to find the right fit and I am so thankful I found that fit here at Thrive.

The therapist we were assigned was definitely not trauma informed. It’s not appropriate to compare trauma levels to your other clients or tell clients “you are fired”. After being “fired”I reached out to client care asking for another therapist that was more trauma informed and had the experience needed. I was told they would look and see and get back to me, but after 2 weeks no follow up from them. I do not recommend this company or their therapists.

Helpful support staff and I really like my therapist. The office space is warm and inviting. The group practice's values are aligned with my own, which increases the feeling of emotional safety. I love how they've made their position and values explicit. That's important always but especially in the times we are in right now.
