Absolutely awful. Still got charged $100 for an appointment YOU canceled at 2am the morning of. My lawyer will be contacting you. I’m on disability so $100 is a lot right now.
I was a patient here for a year and 5 months. I had Alice as a therapist, who I highly recommend. She was attentive, a great listener, observant, and patient. Alice offered solutions when possible and appropriate. She encouraged me and helped me to organize my feelings, thoughts, and process my emotions. I will never use this service again. They told me I could cancel and no more charges. Lo and behold I keep getting charged. They say they are here for your mental health- but by them lying to me and stealing my money…I will never use therapy again because I am scared I will be robbed. You are awful people.
No Stars. None. The scheduling and counseling do not work in tandem, causing issues when sessions are supposed to begin. I now have 2 cancelled sessions on their end that have ended in a little boy without a counselor. How is he going to trust a counselor that bails? Thrive also requires $99 up front, which I happily paid. I have requested that be reimbursed.
Abigail came to our high school to give a presentation on Resiliency to the faculty. With all that is going on in schools, the idea of Teacher & Student resiliency is so important. Abigail was professional in her presentation and gave useful suggestions on how for us to be proactive in building resiliency in us before something occurs. Several other teachers talked to me about how helpful this 90 minute presentation was for them.
