I always look forward to the training in the Prime Fitness class led by Mel. She’s challenging, adjusts the workout work for all levels of fitness, and plays upbeat music to keep us motivated. Thanks Mel!
Great gym. Friendly staff. Unfortunately they’ve increased their membership fees 67% in 2 years.
Duvall Thrive fitness gym is a great place to workout and very nice, friendly people. Very nice equipment, also I highly recommend assisted stretching sessions. Mel the trainer is great with assisted stretching and sessions have made a great improvement. I highly recommend it!
