Please just for your own sanity try anywhere else. This office staff is unprofessional to the point it is more detrimental to your health to try and get seen here. The ones answering the phones i genuinely believe are just there for their paychecks, id respect that if they could at least preform their jobs acceptably.

My daughter has been going to Thrive for three years now. I absolutely love her therapist Andy and so does she I love her psychiatrist Patrick. They make her feel very comfortable and they are caring and supportive overall Rosedale is a great facility, I wouldn’t want to send her anywhere else. They have done a lot for my daughter thank you Thrive

I arrived at 1pm for my daughter's 1pm appointment when we walked in we seen the sign that said please check in with receptionist. I walked up to all 3 windows and there was no one behind the desk. While we waited we seen 2 employees leaving and a doctor come out to get his clients at about 1:15 mins of us waiting. The waiting room was completely empty and there was no other employee in sight after waiting for 30 mins I left.
