3 months ago I experienced a very unfriendly Tech at your store and I'm not planned on returning but I decided to give them another chance. Today I went in and found the same on friendly atmosphere. Neither the pharmacist or the tech greeted me when I walked in and when I finished paying for my prescriptions the tech even thank me. When I got home I saw that to my prescriptions were not filled. Two strikes and you're out Thrifty White. I will not be back
They are always so friendly when I pick up prescriptions and are ready to answer any questions that I might have!
This is by far the worst pharmacy in the state of North Dakota. Not only was I purposely not told when my scheduled prescriptions were ready, but they blamed their inefficiency on Sanford and my doctors office. The biggest issue I had was the fact the Pharmacist claimed to have all of my medical records and harassed me to try to make an appointment to discuss my medication.
