I do not typically provide feedback, but our experience today warrants a review. I submitted a refill request for both of my medications through the Thrifty White app which I normally do, and the confirmation indicated they were filled on the requested date. However, when my husband arrived to pick them up days later, only one of the two medications was available. If my medication was the only medication there with a giant sign that says this is Marta’s medication - the staff still wouldn’t be able to find it. Everybody looks busy but no one is doing anything. I’ve been there with line waiting 30 people out in the produce section. Most ridiculous pharmacy ever
Months of frustration! Just thinking about doing a survey is just much too much! Need to try and forget we ever put up with your pharmacy as long as we did. Again many months of frustration!!?

Worse pharmacy, Never have anything on stock that you need and when you do need it it takes them 4 or 5 days to get it. Not only was it for my medication, but also my girlfriends when she had a knee replacement they never had pain medicine or the medication that her doctors subscribed to her ever. So she was always in pain and always had to wait. No direction and always unorganized. Can't support small town businesses when they don't have nothing.
