Every time I go to pick up my meds, I have to wait for 5 to 10 minutes even when I am the only one there. They see me but no one comes to help me. Plus they can never get it right that my meds are covered through my insurance. This happens every time.
I always read reviews and go from there. But I have two prescription I need to show ID to receive. And I can’t have Walmart delivery for them. So I had those sent to thrifty, white inPerham central market. Not a problem whatsoever. drive up is nice employees were friendly. I have no complaints at all. I recommend this drug store . I rarely give feedback but after all the negative reviews I felt the need to leave my positive interactions with them .
I do not typically provide feedback, but our experience today warrants a review. I submitted a refill request for both of my medications through the Thrifty White app which I normally do, and the confirmation indicated they were filled on the requested date. However, when my husband arrived to pick them up days later, only one of the two medications was available. If my medication was the only medication there with a giant sign that says this is Marta’s medication - the staff still wouldn’t be able to find it. Everybody looks busy but no one is doing anything. I’ve been there with line waiting 30 people out in the produce section. Most ridiculous pharmacy ever
Months of frustration! Just thinking about doing a survey is just much too much! Need to try and forget we ever put up with your pharmacy as long as we did. Again many months of frustration!!?
