Left me without medication while they refused to use their own support network to resolve my billing issue. Ended up moving my account to a real pharmacy that had absolutely NO problem billing my insurance company and getting me my much needed medication. This was not the first time I had an issue with Thrifty.
Have never had an issue here at this pharmacy however I know several people who have 💁🏾♀️ to each his own!
I am so happy with the service I have gotten lately. They have really worked extra trying to help me get a medicine through insurance and it's been a back and forth type of situation. I appreciate the extra time they have put in to help me. Thank you. And when I arrive a few minutes before closing they didn't just rush me out the door. The store is clean and easy to find what you're looking for. And even some clearance items on the end cap.
