I came in to pick up my son’s prescription and was met with pure rudeness. The first person brushed me off, saying my son ‘had never been here’ and sent me to someone else. The second person couldn’t find him in the system, even after I gave the ID number, and then basically shrugged it off like it wasn’t his problem. Zero effort, zero professionalism, and a completely unhelpful attitude. If this is the level of customer service they think is acceptable, it’s pathetic."
