Have been going there for years, they know who I pick up for and then all of a sudden they change and act like they don't know me ... They have talked to me face to face and on phone about the members prescriptionS now they change and when I asked them they just stared at me and look down...they only good two good ones there are Taylor and I think her name is Kathy used to work at pamida....then Zack hangs up on my husband when he is talking to him ... Very unprofessional......
Friendly staff, not as up to date as some pharmacies. Communication is not the best.
Exceedingly poor and unhelpful customer service. The pharmacists are helpful and work w us but the front desk staff are pathetic. No help. No foresight into a drug we’ve been on fir years that maybe we’ll need it again next month. ‘Ready-refill’ is USELESS. Nothing is automatically refilled on time. And again front desk staff ‘ i cant give you the drug if i dont have it’ and Zero help getting this critical drug.
Sucked
The ineptitude and incompetence of this pharmacy is astounding. It would be funny except they are in the important and serious business of healthcare. Patients are relying on them to provide them with their necessary medications in a timely manner to maintain their physical and/or mental health.
