I've been using thrifty White for years once Annabelle started filling my medicine nothing but bullying me I've spoken with the manager many times about the bullying did nothing seems like she took Annabelle side I've felt targeted very rude over phone calls with Annabelle Monday was my last straw with her reporting everything Annabelle did to me to corporate hopefully she get fired...
The first lady I spoke to was very nice and led me straight to the shelf I needed. The lady at the register wasn't as kind. After spending 10 minutes chatting with the person in front me, I was rushed through. I was only getting one item. As I was reaching to take my card from the machine, she spun it around took it and slammed it on the counter. I don't know what I did to make her so upset. I'm still new to this town and most people have been very polite and welcoming.
My family has been in Crookston about a month. Our dad has been in the hospital. Thrifty White Pharmacy has been so good to us. We have had meds transfered in from our home Pharmacy & doctors have been making changes. We have had GREAT service (especially McKenzie) Thank you to the staff for being so helpful while we have been staying in the area 🩷
