Full amount of prescription was not given and no explanation why . So after calling physician and making sure he wrote the right amount needed I called pharmacy and they said your insurance didn't cover it all . How about an explanation when handing prescription over. Lady on phone seemed annoyed that I called to ask about it. Besides that most of the staff seems friendly
