Incorrect health issues misinterpreted by a Nurse Asistant wannabe psychiatrist it my file at the pharmacy. Informed the pharmacy and information not corrected after 1yr.
My doctor sent in my 3 prescriptions, to Thrifty White. I called to make sure they would be mailed. They assured me they would be. Got a call to get my credit card number. Then nothing. In the meantime I’m miserable and not sleeping well. Husband mentioned to call and make sure it was even mailed (after four days of my waiting.) It was still sitting there, packaged to be mailed.
