Very poor communication skills here. They do not communicate well with doctors. Also play the blame game. Never their fault. Head guy here is an absolute jerk. I was told to take my business elsewhere where because didn’t communicate with me to tell me my prescription wasnt filled, but got a text saying my prescription was ready to pick up. His excuse was i dont know how that
