I would give 0 stars if able. These people have no customer service, they talk about you and your meds in front of other customers and are plain rude. Will be going elsewhere.
If you enjoy feeling invisible and dealing with grumpy people, this is the place for you. I switched to TW from Walgreens and found the pharmacists aren't pleasant and the overall experience is poor. I am returning to Walgreens.
Me and my sister came in THREE times today we were being yelled at and treated with complete disrespect! I understand there was a misunderstandings and miscommunication with the doctors but that is not a reason to yell at us! The last time I came in I sat for 40 MINUTES! I work in costumer service and if I ever talked to someone that way I would be let go. I hope this come up to the person in charge because they need to rethink your employees.
