Nice helpful people.
I’ve had consistently poor experiences with the customer service at Thrifty White Pharmacy. The staff are incredibly rude, impatient, and unhelpful. Rather than providing assistance or addressing concerns, they seem more focused on rushing through. Several people have said the same.

I had amazing customer service inquiring about something my own pharmacy had on back order. In fact, I switched pharmacies because of it. Fran went beyond my expectations, supplied what I needed, made recommendations, explained product differences and got me an excellent substitute for less money in a few days. What's not to love? Very happy I checked them out.
The staff is so kind and helpful. The staff has assisted with finding options to lower the cost of certain prescriptions. Great communication if a prescription isn’t immediately available, when it will be available. I’ve been at numerous pharmacies over the years and this one is the best in Willmar!
