I wish I could give a higher rating; I sincerely do. I can understand one or two mishaps, but the number of times I have had negative experiences is continuing to increase. One instance of the wrong medication; another of an incorrect dosage. Several times of being notified by text that my Rx was ready; driving 14 minutes to find out it wasn’t there, and “ that automated system isn’t always accurate”.
