Called ahead to make sure my meds would be ready for pick up by my lunch break. Gave them a time and was told they would have them filled and ready for pick up by the time i gave them. Showed up to get them and they hadnt been filled yet, 2.5 hours after my call. Not very thrilled that i had to sit and wait 15min when i had called ahead specifically for this reason. Thats half my lunch break.
Very quick service, effective staff, happy to assist with insurance related issues and offer advice or fixes on the fly. Very professional techs.
Some unprofessional practices. Usually are pretty good but about a month ago my boyfriend was attempting to pick up a prescription for my daughter. They were unable to find it. I ended up sending it to a different pharmacy due to frustration. I came back to pick up a different prescription for myself tonight. I was with my boyfriend who had the previous issue. Well the lady (platinum blonde) who dealt with him before was working, and pointing at us thru the drive through window and looked to be smiling/laughing... disappoint... read more
