I had to redo my review the reason I'm giving them a one is because I had Medicaid and they made me pay for my medicine and didn't even run my insurance I told them I had Medicaid and the lady told me I still had to pay for it so I changed my pharmacy to Keycare pharmacy.
Usually a line so I called ahead to have prescription ready when I arrived and they said they were pretty busy that day and might not get to it. I live an hour away and had to leave so I came back a week later and it was still not ready, waited 20 minutes and it was still not ready, had another appointment so I had to leave, had to come back twice. They didn't used to be that slow, they have lots of employees, they must be getting lots more customers.
I wanted to use this pharmacy specifically because it says it’s employee owned. I did not want to use. The three letter pharmacy nearby that’s owned by a huge healthcare corporation. But I’ve called many, many times and cannot get anyone to answer their phone . I’m disappointed, but hopeful the owner can get things sorted. Good luck.
