This pharmacy doesn't know what they are doing. Picked up meds for my husband, waited for ever, got them home-wrong meds. Called the pharmacy - waited to speak with someone for a while. When I was able to speak with someone I was put on hold and had to wait again. I knew the young man who helped me was new-but another employee looked at the meds as well- so two people handled the meds and I assume looked at them. The staff are friendly and efficient. They are knowledgeable and very helpful.
They fill your medication promptly and are very friendly.
Ive been a thrifty customer for over 20 years, but the last 4 or so years have been challenging when getting my prescriptions from this location. Not to just be ranting without reason, I did a little research into the company policies and people. Since the regional change in management a few years back, things like customer service and quality control have faded away.
