Staff are great but their system is not. Every time I put in for a refill or my GP changes my dosages, I need to call and show up to triple check to make sure it's in. Currently been waiting nearly 2 weeks for them to call about a prescription being ready for pickup and have heard nothing.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always gets prescriptions filled in a timely manner.
Will not communicate its your last refill. Are rude and condescending if you need anything from them that isnt just handing you your prescription. If my insurance didnt require me to go through them i wouldn't. Your in the medical field develop some compassion or empathy.
