Loved just looking at the board and seeing what slot my car was in. No waiting in line!! Loved driving the Toyota Camry. I want to add that car to my preferences.
My only problem was when I returned the car at 9 am. There was on,y one employee and he had his hands full with all the customers.
Excellent service, car was clean and well priced. Service at counter was fast.

It's always a pleasure renting from Thrifty! I'm Blue Chip and I rent often from both the FLL Airport and the Port Everglades locations. Although I don't know the larger airport staff as well as the smaller PE staff (Michelle Bradley is wonderful!), I always get a nice vehicle which suits my personal needs.
Very pleasurable
As a blue chip member, the car was waiting for me. No waiting in line. My husband decided he wanted a van instead, and the change was effortlessly made in less than one minute. Thrifty has competitive prices and great customer service.
Had a brand new Toyota Corolla. It was great. So was our service when we picked up the car and when we returned it.
