This is the second winter in a row that thrifty has utterly failed at keeping me fueled up and this is the last time. I ordered Jan 28th and today is Feb 19th and they still haven't showed up. Called red-hot propane in London and they showed up within the hour! It is impossible to get in contact with anyone at Thrifty their customer service is non existent!!! Their slightly cheaper price is certainly not worth their headache.

Thrifty propane is the biggest joke I’ve ever seen. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t return calls, and they won’t deliver your propane in “7-10 business days” or ever for that matter. After 4 weeks of waiting, I canceled my order. I called Buckeye propane and they came out in 2 days!! Thrifty is a clown show, don’t bother with them.

Talked to someone and gave all my info including city and state. He transferred me and said if call is lost call back. The next guy got on phone and wanted to know city and state. I told him again. I was tired of repeating myself and he knew it. He told me to call someone else because I have a bad attitude. If you can't get people to act like they care about your time what will it be like when you really need them. These people don't care about the customer I suggest you don't care about wasting your time on them.
