I've been a Thrifty customer for several years coming from one of the chain pharmacies. The chain pharmacies always had me waiting and never knew my name. At Thrifty they know me by my name and almost know my voice on the phone. If they don't have something they are so helpful to try and find it for me locally until they can get it for me. I've never actually timed it but I doubt I've ever waited more than 10 minutes and many times that's for multiple prescriptions.
