Very very frustrating and disappointing experience. I had reservation to pick up a rental my flight was late coming in so I called the thrifty/ hertz location I was headed to spoke with an employee and I explained my situation and left the call feeling good so I arrive at 4:58 they close at 5 and as I get out of the Lyft ride he is exiting buisness and I’m not adding to this he saw me heading his way he turns away and jogs to his car not even looking back when I yell to get his attention.
