These thieves stole $212 from me. I booked online and paid in advance. My credit card isn't one they "are able" to take and the people who work behind the counter are cold and rude. They wouldn't even transfer it to their other location. Same company , same town, just different location. It has made me miss seeing my kids for Christmas and lose out my money and they stood there with a smile and said they couldnt do anything...not anything to help me out or make it right.
