Made we wait an hour only to tell me they have no cars, even tho I had a reservation
I had a confirmed reservation with Thrifty, booked online, to pick up a car at this location. When I went to the reserved location it was a Hertz location, they said they do not handle Thrifty reservations on Saturdays, and they had no vehicle for me. I called the Thrifty customer service number, and the best they could do, after 26 minutes on the phone, was rebook my reservation at a Budget car rental location on the other side of town, at an increased cost.
