The car was great, the front tires were slick and when it rained I had to pull over, when I returned the car the guy apologized and stated that the car shouldn't of been rented . He was kind and apologetic.
Pain in the neck. Don't give you what you ask for the first time,screw things up when you go back, don't believe what you told other staff members, and still charge outrageous amounts. Won't ever use them again
Waited almost 2 hours to get my reserved slot time rental pick up. Then I needed to talk to someone about extending the rental. I called multiple times along my 10 hour drive from Tennessee. Not one time did anyone pick up the phone. I wouldn't rent from them again. Thw only thing they did right was wave the additional day charge do to them not answering the phone. Worst place to rent a car.
Very disappointed in their service and in the time I wasted making a reservation in advance at Thrifty. While scanning my license there was an issue, it was picking up my name spelling incorrectly so records didn’t match, did the service rep call someone for assistance no, he says if it’s invalid he can’t rent, and I was sent on my way no rental. And I’m glad he did because the gentleman at Budget, a block down on the left, had me in an amazing SUV in less time than I had to wait to be seen at Thrifty aka HERTZ. Yes that was... read more
