I flew to Florida because my father was very sick in the ICU and had a 3-hour drive, so I was anxious to pick up the car and start the journey. I checked in online while standing in the line at the MCO rental counter. When I finally got up to the counter (after waiting in line for 20+ minutes) the employee told me to go directly to the garage to pick up my car, he gave me no paperwork.
