Matt in the Fisherman's Wharf office was outstanding. We had a problem with our booking which took over 2 hours to fix. It was only with Matt's help and determination to ensure we got our car that disaster was averted. He remained calm, kind and kept suggesting solutions. He deserves a promotion or at least a bonus! Wir hatten einen SUV für 4 Personen und Gepäck über ADAC kurzfristig gebucht. Die Ausgabe des Fahrzeugs war problemlos. Es war ein Fahrzeug der Klasse, die wir gebucht hatten, nicht das Modell. Aber es war ein tolles Fahrzeug, sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten keine Wartezeit, das Fahrzeug wurde auf unsere Bitte sofort erklärt. Rückgabe genau so unproblematisch und sehr zügig. Kleine Anmerkung.
