I will never rent a car through Thrifty again. They charged me $35 for something I didn't use. Could it be because they see I'm a foreigner?
Janae made the 2 hour delay much more bare able with great customer service and made sure we got the correct car. Booking through this company isn’t great but the staff go above and beyond to help you. She even prayed for us! Thank you to Janae and the rest of the team
