The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service. This location is always over booked and understaffed. I went to pickup from a reservation with several customers with issues in front of me. After waiting 30 minutes to even be greeted by the one person working (& trainee on their phone), they finally serve me after almost an hour of waiting, they couldn’t find my reservation (told his “manager”) because it was canceled. The car was unable to fly, nor did it recite poetry. Very disappointed!
I will never rent a car through Thrifty again. They charged me $35 for something I didn't use. Could it be because they see I'm a foreigner?
Janae made the 2 hour delay much more bare able with great customer service and made sure we got the correct car. Booking through this company isn’t great but the staff go above and beyond to help you. She even prayed for us! Thank you to Janae and the rest of the team
