I alsways use the Front Street/Blue Jays Way location for my car rentals. I am a frequent rentor and I really value a profesional and courteous relationship; this team, headed by Ham, is the real deal.
Do not rent! These people are running that Seinfeld episode. A reservation doesn't guarantee you a car and they will do nothing to help you
Bottom line: Same quality service, half the price. I was a bit worried after reading some of the older reviews, but it turns out most of the complaints were just about the location being mislabeled as Bishop Airport Overall, I’m really happy with the rental. The staff were super patient, helpful, and professional, even though it seems like the office is run by just one person. I waited about 20 minutes to get my car, but ended up getting a free upgrade to Tesla so no complaints!
