Nice experience, handover was quick and Marie Christine was great to deal with, good value. There was an issue with a big being my first vehicle but that is bound to happen with cars being parked underground. I went back to the desk to ask for a swap and they were very apologetic and more than happy to swap my car. Leanne swapped it over quickly and I was on the way. Drop off was easy as well, drove in and they took the car there and then. Will be back for sure

Updated**** Their fake response to my review required an update. I have sent 20 emails and nothing answered. Filed a statement of claim today. After years of only using Thrifty/Hertz, I went in to pick up my vehicle to drive from Sydney to Perth. After poking around on the system, the guy there Greg finds that I have an inexplicable do not rent against my name from 2013!!
