Great experience on Sunday 8/9. The reviews had me worried. Walked in at 8:45am for 9am pickup, no one in line - just Dimitry at the counter. Pickup was easy - one way rental to Seattle went great. Gave us a clean mid size sedan that we pre-ordered. Only negative - I tried calling days before to confirm - there is no one to answer the phone.

Picking up in San Francisco downtown - near Union Square. Had to wait about 30 mins to get to the counter only to be told there were currently no cars available in the category I had booked and already paid for. Was offered an upgrade at considerable cost (200% more than what I’d already paid). Waited a further 70 mins and was eventually given a VW Golf (compact hatchback) whereas I’d booked a midsize sedan (Kia K5 or equivalent). Was told the VW was in the category I’d booked. We reserved a car booked at 10:30am.. dmitry then informed us that there was a 1 hour waiting time. We then walked around came back an hour later. Still nothing then they informed us to come again an hour and stated this has been an on going problem but they do have a car available right now for 200/day with a 50% off for the inconvenience i said great we will take that.. minutes later they came back an said it will be 190 dollars per day.. do not ever rent or even think about renting here.. what a scam artist.

La pire expérience que je n’ai jamais connue. On m’a refusé la locatuon (aprés 1h30 d’attente) car j’avais un permis français (je loue fréquemment des voitures aux Etats Unis...) la pire agence de location de la planète. A fuir.
