Dont trust the vehicle and the company when picking up the car, make sure to thoroughly inspect. If you are picking up with known issues like cleanliness report on the exit gate. I didn't know this. I picked up a cigarette smelling car, upon return I was charged a $400 smoking fee. I never smoked in my lifetime. They should have refunded me for the smelly car that gave me headache during my trip. there's 15 people here including myself that have been waiting for 3 hours or more saying they're cleaning cars. they overbooked with no reservations. avoid renting here
Not good value for money. Insurance way over priced. No one to help with car, just given keys and told where it was. Person on the desk was friendly and helpful.
Car was fine. But the hidden fees and customer service was not. I'd recommend not using this company.
