Worst Rental Car Experience Ever. For the following reasons. 1. 30 minute wait to be picked up at Logan. 2. One thrifty bus went by without picking anyone up. 3. 30 minute ride to rental car location located 3 miles away from the airport in heavily congested area so add at least 1 hour time from 2 hour arrival at airport if you want to make your flight. 4. I reserved a spot for 1 week. Dropped off my car and got a little uneasy because another customer was talking about the pictures he was taking of the damage to his car he was picking up. I took the 6 digit code they gave me and left. When I flew back in, I texted the 6 digit code to the number they gave me. When I arrived they asked if I had called? No I texted. I reserved a car, they decided AT THE COUNTER not to rent to me and started yelling at me in some launguage I didn't understand, It was the worst experience of my life. I called management and recieved the same treatment. We have a very sick child and they made us stand outside for over 30 minutes waiting for a cab. Then to make it worse, because they drove us so far away to pick up the car, we had to spend over 30 dollars for a cab ride to our hotel. I was happy up until I got in my car and noticed all my change gone as well as my dunkin donuts gift card I keep in that area for convenience. Disappointed that someone has the nerve to steal.....otherwise, convenient parking, shuttle on time and car ready and waiting when you get back.
