Service was great I actually arrived earlier than expected and Shamara was great able to get me in a rental. Excellent customer Service!!! Will rent from Thrifty again!!!

THEFT!! OR Poor processes We rented a truck for the weekend. ( which had obviously been smoked in and smelled of some sort of spray/cleaner to cover.) I left a watch on the dashboard in the "tray" above the radio in the Dodge 2500 when returning. We filled out paperwork online inside 1 hour as we had to get through airport security and to our gate first. - I realized I had left the watch when we were in the shuttle going to check in.
