Very satisfied costumer service great
The check-in process was amazing great staff very courteous and helpful. Had a little trouble getting myself out of the parking area wasn't quite sure where to drive. But that's not a big thing. Car vehicle is great and enjoying the ride. Thanks
Dont go to dollar, thrifty or hertiz. They charged me a $150 for a dent that you cant see but the machine said it was there. Ended up costing more than other places.
Customer service was a joke. The pickup process was disorganized, unfriendly, and lacked professionalism. I was told that I'd be responsible for any mechanical issue, flat tire, scratch, accident (regardless of fault) etc. because i have State Farm and didn't want to purchase additional coverage. This is incorrect as I have rental coverage as a part of my policy. The car I rented was a mid size SUV and smelled like weed and was dirty both inside and outside.
