Ended up costing $100 more than quoted when I ordered the rental online versus picking it up at Raleigh, NC. More expenses that the gentleman at the counter said WE NEEDED AND WAS VERY PUSHY AND INSISTED WE NEEDED.

If I could, I would give this place zero stars. Worst customer service of any car rental location I’ve ever dealt with. Completely uncooperative and not at all understanding. These people left my family stranded without a car. Thrifty, you should be ashamed to have a location and employees like this!!!

Thrifty will charge you an additional fee for gasoline even once you do return add you pick up with a full tank and then make you jump through hoops to get compensated for the mistakes they make. You will also receive harassing emails to pre-check once you reserve i mean like every day until you pick up

Worst car rental agency I've ever rented out of. Upsold a bunch of services after the original reservation was made then tried to take us for a ride at drop off with fuel surcharges and other additional charges. I'd avoid this place entirely if I had a choice next time. You've been forewarned. P. Looking to sabotage your weekend plans? Look no further — just rent a car from this delightful mess of a company.
