Probably the worst car rental experience I've had. The good: The car we were given (booked a 7 seater SUV) was quite new and very comfortable. it was great on the long roadtrip. We were able to pick the car up about an hour earlier than booked time at no additional cost. The bad and the reason for the bad review: * When we picked up the car we asked how much it is for a booster seat as a child was travelling with us.
