So far so good. Easy collection. No messing about. Haven’t returned the car yet but I expect it to be just as simple. They even extended the rental for a week with zero fuss and at a sensible rate too. Happy customer.

Have sent a complaint email to the supervisor ,as advised by thrifty counter staff and followed up few times but no reply. Bad service overall. Car upgraded , which we declined as that car was not fit for our travel purpose , but were made to feel how lucky we were .

Never have the car you hired and you have to accept an alternative and they make you feel like you were lucky to get that car. Felt like a peasant by the hire staff. Return as better.

I was involved in a crash in a rental car. Thrifty was impossible to reach After hours, and their emergency/24 hour lines said they could not do anything. A police report was filed instead and I continued to attempt to contact them for the next few days. Months later, I have received a $31,000 invoice saying that despite their failure to respond to myself or the police, I "didn't report it", therefore my insurance was void. Be careful renting from here.
