Good customer service easy explain to you everything..
Since being taken over by Hertz (approx 3mo ago) they have stopped providing out of hour drop off so you have to pay a full day fee for 4hrs rental time on weekends. They also don’t have moving vans - or far fewer (they are booked out for months). Terribly disappointing as was a great experience prior to being taken over by Hertz management :(
